To measure for your armbands use a cloth measuring tape, using the inches side. Place the tape on your bicep where you want the armbands to sit (above your elbow pad), don't flex, pull the tape snug but not tight. Your armbands will be custom made to these measurements so to ensure the right fit please double check your measurements.
